How can a rating be submitted?

A rating can only be submitted when clients have received an individual rating link from their partner.

Authenticity of ratings

Ratings can only be submitted by clients who have received an individual rating link from a partner. IONOS CLOUD takes no further measures to verify ratings.

Calculation and display of ratings

IONOS CLOUD calculates the star rating using a simple average of the four existing rating categories: collaboration, timeline, quality and budget.

Half stars cannot be given in a rating. If a rating has an average of 3.4 points, for example, 3 stars are displayed until it is rounded up (from 3.5 points).

Publication of ratings

Ratings are displayed in the partner network immediately after submission (approximately 15 min). Partners can neither delete nor edit ratings. Partners can:

Highlight ratings

Partners can highlight up to 5 ratings at the top of their network entry

Reply to a rating

Partners can respond publicly to a rating once. The reply can be edited or deleted at any time

Hide rating text

Partners can hide the textual part of a rating. This is necessary, for example, when clients subsequently express this wish or when the partner has received an inappropriate rating. The star rating will remain visible in the network entry in this case.

Report ratings

Partners can report inappropriate and particularly unfair ratings to IONOS CLOUD. A review process will determine whether the complete rating including the star rating can be removed from the network entry.

Sorting of profiles

You have the following options to list search results in a specific order:

Best results

Default sorting based on partner level (highest level at the top, lowest level at the bottom). Within these groups, sorting is based on a score of the partner's network profile. Weighted points are awarded for the completeness of the profile and a total score is formed. These consist, for example, of the number of projects, the number and average value of ratings, and the length of the descriptive text.

Price (budget) ascending and descending

For this, we sort by the price range specified in the budget.

We form an average of all ratings of a partner and offer sorting based on this. Descending, the best rated at the top. Ascending, the worst rated at the top.

Featured partners

Featured partners are characterised by exceptional collaboration. These partners are very experienced and work particularly routinely with IONOS CLOUD products. On the overview page in the

these partners have a coloured award. In the detail view, you will find the partner logo for partner level participation in the header line to the right of the partner name.

Filter by services

We offer filtering by services. If filtering by "WordPress", for example, we only show partners that offer this service. It is also possible to filter by multiple services, which must be present in the partner's profile. The sorting of results works as stated above.

Sorting of partners

Sorting of partners is done as specified in the section "Sorting of profiles > Best results".

Sorting of ratings

By default, ratings are ordered chronologically by date, with the most recent ratings added at the top.
